Frank’s fascination with real estate and the mortgage business began as a teen, and 13 years later the fascination is still present. After gaining experience while working at two large mortgage firms, in 2001 Frank decided that there was a better way to advocate for his clients. He founded F.T. Franklin Funding LLC.

"I started the company because I knew there was a better way to get things done ... treat clients with respect, help them meet their goals, and look out for their best interest ... while a lot of companies say they do these things, they really don’t seem to mean it ... at F.T Franklin Funding LLC we do!"

F.T. Franklin Funding LLC clients not only get the best loans possible for their circumstances, they become a part of the F.T. Franklin Funding LLC family. This means that they periodically get calls from Frank to "just to check in" and discuss how real estate can benefit their investment portfolio.

"A relationship with a client doesn’t end when the loan financing is complete. We are here to provide additional loan education - to include how their investment can provide financial benefits. I encourage my clients to keep in touch long after the loan is closed, and to call whenever they have loan questions, after all, we are on the same team."

Frank’s F.T. Franklin Funding LLC philosophy is paying off. Repeat clients, referrals and additional new business are helping the company grow but even with this growth, clients are not treated like a number.

"We treat clients like family; they are individuals, and it’s a privilege to earn their business and trust .. for example ... if a client comes in and wants to refinance a loan, if it’s not in their best interest, it’s our responsibility to tell them ... even if it means we close one less deal."
